The "horizon" texture is used most prominently throughout my work. It’s a linear pattern evoking the repetitive calm found in rolling waves, or a forest of trees. To create my textures on the metal surface I use electricity to etch hand drawings into the metal sheet, then I cut out my shapes and form the pieces.
