HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY
Mixed metal jewelry can be treated the same as sterling silver jewelry. Just as silver tarnishes; copper and brass will “patina” with time. We seal each piece of jewelry with a light wax coating to help seal in the finish, however moisture in the air, an individual’s body chemistry, and other chemicals can speed up the natural process. To help prevent or delay your piece from tarnishing, we recommend storing it in a sealed plastic bag away from moisture. Use a jeweler’s polishing cloth to brighten the metal.
LOST EARRINGS
Lost one earring? No problem! I am happy to match your lone mate. Share a picture of the earring to help jog my memory and we can get started. Charges for the single earring are typically half the cost of the original pair plus shipping.
REPAIRS
Jewelry, no matter how well made, is subject to wear and tear and naturally needs repairing over time. If you’ve had your piece for less than 6 months we will happily do any repairs needed free of charge. After 6 months, we ask for a nominal fee for repair work to cover labor and material cost. Shipping and Insurance is recommended.
SALES POLICY
Clients should walk away happy and confident in their purchase. Most do and I owe much success to my return clientele. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your jewelry purchase please get in touch with me directly. Situations are few and given the personal nature of jewelry, I believe they should be dealt with on a case by case basis. Returns are rarely offered, but exchanges, credits, repairs and alterations are.
SHIPPING INFO
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date payment is received. Shipping is generally offered through USPS unless otherwise specified. I will gladly ship internationally however buyer assumes all costs associated with international shipping including insurance and custom charges.
CUSTOM WORK
Custom jewelry design is a wonderful way to create a deeply personal piece of jewelry. Custom work typically costs %40 more than a ready made piece due to the added investment of time and consideration it takes to design an individual one of a kind piece.
