Natural Gemstones available vary.  Standard includes a 3mm Clear White Topaz Stone for a neutral combination. Other options available include Garnet, Sapphire or Diamonds. Inquire about using your own stones too. 
 
Sterling silver chain is oxidized for a contrasting look and measures in length 16" with a 2 inch extender chain. The extender chain features a small freshwater pearl for an added detail.
